Vermont Construction partnered with a national general contractor on the Elizabethtown UVM Health Center project, contributing key structural and exterior scopes. Our team completed the framing portion of the build, helping establish the structural framework that supports the facility’s layout and long-term performance.
We returned 2 months later to perform the roofing scope, installing a high-quality asphalt shingle system designed for durability and weather resistance. The roofing work was completed with careful attention to detailing and integration with other building components to ensure a reliable, watertight system.
Working in coordination with the GC and other trades on site, our team helped keep the project on schedule while delivering dependable craftsmanship across both framing and roofing scopes.
