This project involved a full shingle replacement with all materials by Owens Corning. Our team removed the old ice and water protection system and installed WeatherLock ice and water protection. Additional materials include synthetic underlayment, starter strips, and TruDefinition Duration architectural shingles built to withstand winds of 130 MPH. The client chose the color Onyx Black for the shingles.
Our team also performed a skylight reflash in this project. They concluded by installing ridge ventilation, hip and ridge caps, drip edge, and updated pipe boot flashing, followed by a full cleanup.
