This project involved a combined interior remodel and exterior siding upgrade for a residential home in Colchester. Our team completed selective interior demolition and reframed multiple window and door openings, including the installation of new headers and structural framing. The walls were insulated with Rockwool insulation before being finished with new drywall and a paint-ready finish.
As part of the renovation, we installed seven new windows and two sliding patio doors from Pella, while relocating an existing three-window unit to better fit the updated layout. The project also included reframing and sheathing improvements in several exterior areas, along with the installation of a new entry door.
For the exterior transformation, we removed the existing siding and installed new Norandex D4 vinyl siding in Myrtle. The upgrade also included new vinyl soffits and aluminum-wrapped fascia, creating a clean, durable exterior designed to improve both the appearance and long-term performance of the home.
