This project delivered a complete exterior transformation, including siding, roofing, windows, doors, and a new deck build. Our team removed the existing siding, inspected and prepped all surfaces, and installed new underlayment to ensure a weather-tight foundation. We installed premium Norandex D4 vinyl siding in deep granite, finished with white vinyl corner boards, window trim, and clean J-channel detailing for a sharp, consistent look.
The roofline was upgraded with vented and solid vinyl soffits, F and J channel systems, and aluminum-wrapped fascia, while the roofing system was completed using Owens Corning shingles in Onyx Black for long-term durability. We also installed new windows and doors, properly integrated into the building envelope for performance and efficiency.
To complete the project, we built a new deck, adding functional outdoor space and tying seamlessly into the updated exterior. With full site management and clean execution throughout, this project delivered a cohesive, low-maintenance exterior built to perform in Vermont’s climate.
